Frame

Post by pertneer » Fri Sep 11, 2009 11:53 am

I picked up a new frame the yesterday. It is amazingly rust free.

I haven't decided on a path for it yet, but I am think a four link set up is in my future. Maybe not with this frame, but I can mock everything up on it before I cut my frame. Look for updates as I go.

I got a bunch of the old brackets and the rest of the body tub off of the frame yesterday. I will post some pictures tomorrow or the next day.

I still do not have a complete plan for this, but the wife wants a Jeep that she can drive around town and go off road if she wants. I guess I need to gather a bunch of parts to make that happen. I am thinking a fuel injected 6 cylinder, automatic, and a small lift. Only time will tell.
