I made my own tube notcher a few months back and thought I would share it. I also just got it mounted to my weld table by using a receiver hitch so I can take it off when not in use.

LOL.. Yup exactly..most mine are bolted to different tables, although can be a rash at times where I dont have one on my main welding table.. I've got a flat bar/round bar bender as well been needing simler application..when I do it I'll take some pics but maybe post in a different thread..??
